“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I’ll meet you there.”
— Rumi

Let’s work collaboratively to recognize your resources and grow your abilities and uniqueness. With openness and enthusiasm, and whether I see you as an individual, couple, or family, we will work together towards relational wellness.

INDIVIDUALS

Each person shows up for life with their own set of experiences. We will create a safe space where together we will discover how these experiences have informed the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Practicing client-centered therapies, I work with adult individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, eating disorders, and trauma.

COUPLES/TWOSOMES

Recognizing that each relationship is unique and has a different set of needs brings to light our patterns and allows us to adjust for the wellness of the relationship. Discovering and/or creating with each couple the language we will use to explore your strengths, while encouraging each party to not only recognize their needs but also have them met, is a taste of how we will work together towards relational wellness. I am delighted to work with couples of all orientations, be they romantic couples or non-traditional twosomes (parent/child, siblings, friends, etc).

FAMILIES

In working with families, we will determine where the familial relationships might need support. Through conversation, art, and games, we will uncover unspoken rules and empower your family to actively decide on, and create anew, the rules that will improve the wellness of your family system. Whether your family is a blended family, cross-cultural, a traditional or non-traditional family, I welcome you to my practice.

MODALITIES

To enhance our work together, I have trained in: EMDRIA certified EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), the Community Resiliency Model (CRM), the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM, levels 1 + 2), Echo Parenting and Education, Gangs: A Therapeutic Education (G.A.T.E.), and The Way of Council. I am currently seeing individuals, couples, and families in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles.
